Organic Green and Purple at Chateau Bellevue

Chateau Bellevue transformed into an organic haven at Angie's fall wedding. Lauren from Big Day Event Productions assisted Angie and Jonathan for "day of" coordinating which is a plus for any bride and groom. Lauren was able to pull from Angie's to do list so she could be where she needed to be instead. How nice it is for the client that decides to hire a " day of" planner. The inspiration Angie presented to us to execute was from birch bark to wheat grass, artichokes to moss, with every element she to reflect a naturalist motif. Angie's cute flower girl carried a moss purse accented by white roses and seeded eucalyptus. Guests were greeted at the reception with large birch tree branches adorned with hanging candles and enclosed birch covers. Green bells of ireland, rich purple tulips, fluffy white hydrangea, wheat grass, and purple artichokes flowed throughout the ballroom as guest enjoyed dinner. No detail was spared, including a white bird cage for cards and a "specially made" tree stump cake stand. Simon Lee Bakery again skillfully designed the white fondant cake with modern sculpted flowers. Whole Foods Culinary Center prepared an organic menu to complete the wedding motif.

Hot Pink and Purple at Villa Antonia

Jenna and Paul tied the knot this past weekend at Villa Antonia. Hot pink petals led the couple to a large arbor embellished with pink hydrangeas, stargazer lilies (a favorite) and draping greenery . The three bridesmaids carried one of our favorite flower choices-eggplant calla lilies. Jenna wore a beautiful strapless empire waist gown with a hand-tied bouquet of white and eggplant calla lilies accented with stephanotis. Fuchsia dendrobium orchids, purple calla lilies, and stargazer lilies flowed into large centerpieces throughout the reception on guest tables with hanging crystal accents. Purple uplighting on the grounds by Miles generated a retro dance atmosphere for Amy Weison Photography to capture. The happy couple cut their classic white cake adorned with hot pink phalaenopsis orchids in the venue's chapel. What a glorious night for a special couple! Thank you Jan, Jenna and Paul for letting us be a part.

Purple and Crystal Glamour in Flatonia

Flora Fetish, Carrie Beamer AIFD and Melanie Manthey had the privilege to assist Kaywin Kubesch AIFD from Rhinestone Angel, Flatonia Texas on October 23rd. Kaywin worked with Quest Drape to completely tranform the LaGrange, Texas K.C. Hall. The purple lighting glow, candle accents in Mercury glass, platinum branches and the gorgeous chandelier finalized the vision Kaywin and her client wanted to a tee! The linen was provided by Platinum Linens and each table sparkled with crystals, rhinestones, silver decor, eggplant callas, white phalaenopsis orchid sprays, and candlelight for a beautiful October wedding. Over 500 guests enjoyed the absolutely gorgeous white fondant draped cake accented by paisley detailing and adorned by green cymbidium orchids. The evening was completed with a chocolate fondue fountain, illuminated ice sculptures and a monogrammed ice luge. Our praise to Kaywin for a job well done!

Organic Purple and Green at Nature's Point

We sat down with Alexis and her mother, Lisa, to create organic elements that fit their picturesque venue-Nature's Point. One of our favorite coordinators, Amanda from Big Day Events, played an important role in the flow and details on the wedding day. As the ceremony began, purple kale and green amaranthus aisle stakes led our beautiful Alexis down the aisle. The bridal bouquet she carried included a pop of green succulents, purple calla lilies and green cymbidium orchids. Guests were served after the ceremony by Dagar's Catering. Throughout the wedding, purple and green hues continued to flow through the venue. After late night dancing, the bride and groom wisked away in a vintage convertible.
